Knowledge just for knowledge’s sake can be very base, prideful, and carnal!

Description: The Apostle Paul has suffered greatly for loving Jesus and preaching the gospel. He was often followed by a mob of his countrymen, trying to discredit him. In Chapter 2 finds himself defending his honor. Not for himself, but for the sake of the church in Thessalonica.

Description: In this second letter to the church in Thessalonica, Paul will go into greater detail about the Second Coming of the Lord! He needs to correct a misunderstanding they had regarding the rapture: They thought Jesus was returning so quickly that they would not have to endure any persecution. Since they were suffering persecution, they thought God’s judgment had already begun! Are you suffering or simply scared that you will suffer for being a Christian? Then this message is for you.

Most folks have a problem with authority, and gossip can destroy relationships and even a church.
